What LifeEdit is — and is not

LifeEdit is a practical decision-making and transition-planning tool. It does not diagnose burnout or any mental-health condition, and it is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or regulated financial advice. LifeEdit can help you organise decisions, prepare questions and build plans alongside qualified professional support. If you're in crisis, please contact a professional or someone you trust.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to purchase. The content is written for adults and assumes you are making decisions for yourself.

Purchases and pricing

Prices are shown on the site in euros and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently offer The Rest of Your Life (€197) and The Full LifeEdit (€497), each payable in full or in instalments as shown at checkout.

Instalment plans are charged automatically for the stated number of payments and then stop; they are not an open-ended subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Access and licence

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own use. You keep access for as long as we offer the product, subject to these terms.

You may not share, resell, republish or redistribute the materials, or use them to build a competing product.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempting to break security or access controls, no automated scraping, and no unlawful use. We may suspend access that breaches these terms or that is obtained through a reversed or disputed payment.

Refunds

Our refund terms, including the 14-day clarity guarantee and your statutory rights, are set out in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content, frameworks, text and design in LifeEdit are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your licence to use them does not transfer any ownership.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The product is provided on an “as is” basis. We give no guarantee of any particular outcome — your results depend on your own circumstances and the actions you take. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [country of the operator's establishment], and the courts of that country have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
